Christmas Part 3

I am sure Ya-ping will thank me for this picture later :)

We enjoyed a beautiful day at the zoo in our shirtsleeve weather. I think I could live in Nashville from Sept. through June.

We loved feeding the parakeets. Both boys loved it until one bit Preston. Even then he wasn't too scared of them, just mad at the bird.

After you eat at the restaurant you can always play with the crayons to entertain everyone. This was my last night and we had a great dinner. The kids were great even though it may appear otherwise. Thanks Dave and Ya-ping for the treat!!!

Christmas part 2

I was hoping that the changes in blogger allowed me to post more than 4 pictures at a time. I was wrong, so these will be a bit out of order. Oh well, at least I blogged!!!
Christmas morning in Utah.

And as if by magic (and thanks to a great son and daughter-in-law) Christmas morning in Nashville. It doesn't get better than to be able to enjoy Christmas with ALL your grandkids!!

Franklin loved a "recycled" talking Teddy. I think Aunt Sue bought it for Allie and it has survived and entertained all three grandkids.

Busy at work!

Wonderful Christmas Season

It took me a while to post, but I had a great holiday break!! We had lots of help decorating this year, even without Mark.
Can you see those beautiful earrings? Allie decided to be brave and get beautiful earrings over the Thanksgiving break. She can now change them. She worries that it will hurt everytime and still cries about it, but wants them changed none the less. Last time she admitted that it didn't hurt after the tears were dried.

Our child friendly nativities stayed lined up like this most of the time. It was like having our own little "poltergiest" again. We do miss you Mark even if we have a semi-replacement. :)

Allie was front and center for her Kindergarten Program.
