Happy Birthday April!

Today is April's 23rd birthday (on the 23rd of the month). I just have a story to share with you about that sweet girl. We got to visit for a little bit last weekend and met her new, cute dog. Then April went shopping with her girl friends. We got this call from Target...she had seen a Charlie Brown St. Patrick's shirt and she knew Mark loved both holidays and Peanuts characters. She wondered if Mark had that one. She bought it for him and left it a G'ma and G'pa's house. In addition brought me a copy of Mobsters and Mormons, which I enjoyed. Hasn't she grown up to be a sweet and generous girl? I am jealous that you all get to visit together next month. You know I'll be there is spirit, anyway. I feel very blessed to get to be a part of the Ebbert childrens lives! I love you all. Happy Birthday April (and very soon young Shane).

Grad School

David is in San Diego interviewing this weekend. His biggest problem is that he really likes both Vandebilt and UC SanDiego. He got accepted at Vanderbilt already but will not commit until he is finished with all the interviews. He has an invitation to go to Rochester but he may not even interview there because it is not as well respected as Vanderbilt and he already is guarenteed a spot there. It is exciting to know that he is on his way to his dream job but sad that they will be so far from home for so long (3 - 5 years). The babies have become fast friends and they will miss each other as much as we will miss Preston and family. I don't blog as often as I did because I usually have little hands helping me. I had a moment this morning, so I thought I would take advantage of it.
